Covering a range of applications
We have pipe welding and fabrication capabilities that will cover a range of applications and industries with a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and other exotic alloys. Hickey can meet the requirements of any industry using multiple different pipe systems from schedule pipe to thin wall hygienic pipe and other pipe systems.
Our craftsmen are all fully certified welders, pipefitters and fabricators who have a wealth of experience and knowledge of pipe welding, fabrication and installation allowing us to provide the complete package.
Welding is carried out against welding procedure approvals to ISO15614-1, and by our qualified welders approval to ISO9606-1. Our welders are fully coded allowing them to weld using TIG, MMA and MIG processes to an x ray standard.
We are fully equipped for on-site working and have an off-site prefabrication facility.
