Hickey have been producing high quality work in the pharmaceutical industry for 55 years to meet the demanding standards that the industry expects. We have remained one of a very few smaller companies to work to these standards.
The materials of construction include Stainless Steel, Hastelloy and other Exotic materials. All vessels are designed and manufactured to international standards, including PD5500, ASME IX.
Pharmaceutical vessels also conform to the ASME BioProcessing Equipment quality standard.
Welding is carried out against welding procedure approvals to ISO15614-1, and by our qualified welders approval to ISO9606-1.
Polishing is carried out to varying degrees of finish, including electropolishing for extremely high and exacting specifications.
